You are entitled to confidential support and advice on issues you feel are important.

You can email us if you want to ask a question or make a comment about anything at all in Flintshire and we'll make sure that the right people get to know what you think!

If you need free information about anything at all you can visit one of Flintshire's information shops where you can pick up free leaflets about lots of different topics or you can chat to one of the members of staff in confidence about any problems that you might be having. If the staff can't help you with your problem then they will be able to tell you who can and give you their details.

Whatever your problem is - there is somebody who can help you to sort it out!
