Doctors surgeries, Family Planning Clinics and CHAT Clinics can give you free and confidential advice about anthing related to your sexual health including: contraception, sexually transmitted infections, pregnancy and abortion.
Don't be embarassed about going for help or information about your sexual health.
You should always try to speak to your own GP about any health issues that you have, but if you want to speak to somebody else about sexual health then there are lots of people who can help. The staff who are there to help you will be pleased to see you and will treat everything that you have to say with confidence.
Contraception is free so you won't have to pay for condoms, the pill or emergency contraception. You should also be able to get a free pregnancy test.
