Everyone has to follow laws and everyone also has rights. These laws and rights can be set by local councils, the National Welsh Assembly, National Government or by the European Parliment.
Crime
People who do not follow laws are commiting crimes. If you witness a crime or are the victim of a crime then you should call North Wales Police on:
