This questionnaire will ask you about how much you know about your rights & entitlements as a young person living in Flintshire and will ask you about issues that affect you.
As you go through the questionnaire you will be helped by an online assistant and will get the chance to play online games as you go along.
The Children & Young People's Partnership will be able to use the answers that you give to help us to make sure that the services for children & young people in Flintshire match your needs.
