You have lots of different types of relationships with different people in your life like your family, boyfriends, girlfriends, teachers & friends. Relationships can bring many good things into your life, but sometimes dealing with them can be very difficult and coping with them during the bad times can be frustrating and confusing.
If things aren't going so well for any reason then don't suffer alone because there there are people who you can talk to to help you to sort out your problems.

Family Support
If you are having problems at home with your family then Flintshire County Council run the Family Group Meeting Project which can support you and your family to talk through problems and make decisions about the best way to deal with them. Divorce
If your family is arguing a lot because a couple is splitting up then the North Wales Family Mediation Service provides help to families when couples are divorcing or separating. They will help your family to talk to each other to find solutions to problems without arguing. Being a Parent
The joys of the first smile and the lows of sleepless nights combine to make being a parent the most rewarding job in the world and also one of the most difficult!. If you are finding being a parent difficult or are feeling lonely with nobody to speak to then Home-Start can offer support, friendship and practical help to families with at least one child under five years old. Contact Flintshire Home-Start on 01352 753666 to find out about their services in your area or visit their website
The Sure Start project team in Flinshire also provides services for families with at least one child under the age of four years. They provide parent and child drop-in sessions, a toy library, creches and run a child safety project.
