The Children & Young People's Partnership are a team of people from different services who work with children and young people to help you to get the best in life. We want to make sure that you know about things there are to do where you live and where to go to get help and advice.

We can also help you to get your voice heard by the decision-makers in the county so if you want to have your say about anything that affects you as a young person living in Flintshire then email us to let us know exactly what you think.

Every child in Wales has rights. You have the right to:
* the best start in life
* have time to play and to have fun
* do well even when you don't have a lot of money
* be healthy in body and mind
* be protected from harm and have people treating you well and respectfully
* a safe home and a safe area for you to live
* different ways of learning that suit you
* be listened to whoever you are

Young People aged 11-25 also have extended entitlements. The Young People's Partnership helps young people aged 11-25 to get the best out of life by:

* Developing services involving you, for you.
* Giving advice to you if you are between 0-25 years old.
* Ensuring your learning opportunities are the best.
* Involving you in your community.
* Making surroundings pleasant for you.
* Making sure that services are 'value for money'
* Carrying out the Children & Young People's Partnership Plans.
